We sell digital products (meal plans) that are delivered electronically. As such, we do not offer refunds once a plan has been delivered.

No Refunds on Delivered Plans

All sales are final once your personalized meal plan is sent via email. If you have not received your plan or believe there's an error, please contact us for help.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When canceled:

  • You will not be billed again
  • You will continue to receive plans for your remaining billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided

If you experience technical problems (such as email delivery failure), contact us at contact@sky-nexus.shop and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
